JAPAN ANNOUNCES 2ND BATCH OF PFIZER’S COVID-19 VACCINE TO ARRIVE ON SUNDAY

• Japan announces 2nd batch of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to arrive on Sunday.
• Taro Kono, the minister responsible for vaccination efforts announced the same.
• As of Thursday, around 611 people have been vaccinated across 16 medical facilities.
• The country will receive a shipment of around 452,790 doses of vaccines in the 2nd batch.
