According to South Korean newspaper JoongAng Ilbo, the President of South Korea Moon Jae-in has exchanged letters with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un hovering over prospect of a summit ahead of his own meeting in with the US President Joe Biden scheduled in the month of May.
