After a week of national power cuts and continuing turmoil over US-China trade talks, South Africa's rand was flat against the dollar on Friday, looking for guidance after surprising losses in the face of a darkening development outlook.
At 1530 GMT, the rand ZAR= D3 was 0.07 percent firmer at $14,4790, hardly swung from the morning's opening as investors were awaiting details of a cabinet decision on how to deal with a crisi....
