SOUTH KOREA TO RUN MIX-N-MATCH TRIAL OF VARIOUS COVID-19 VACCINES

Highlights:

• South Korea will conduct a clinical trial by mixing COVID-19 vaccine doses developed by AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and BioNTech.
• Many countries are using different COVID-19 vaccines for their first and second doses due to delays in supplies.
• The trial will be conducted on 50 military personnel who were vaccinated with the first dose of AstraZeneca.
