SOUTH KOREA MAY EXPORTS AT FASTEST PACE IN 32 YEARS

Highlights:

• South Korea May exports logged their fastest expansion in 32 years.
• Increased chip and car shipments have surged South Korean exports to 45.6% as compared to the same time last year.
• The shipment of chips gained 24.5% on-year, shipments of cars soared 93.7% while petrochemical products exports have surged by 94.9% from a year earlier.
