In a move separate from the ongoing allegations on Carlos Ghosn, the car manufacturing company has decided to do away with senior advisor posts. This was in retaliation to former Chief Executive Hiroto Saikawa’s financial misconduct with company funds. By doing away with the posts, Nissan can hasten Saikawa’s removal from the Board.
