New law to be introduced in Japan in a bid to attract tourists

As an attempt to attract more tourists, the country is in plan to pass a new law. It's anticipated to aid the government in providing allowances in order to better the accessibility to rural areas for tourists. This will increase the inflow of tourists to such places, and hence increase the economy of tourism industry. This way it will promote the culture and history of Japan.
