In his speech to parliament, King Charles says that Elizabeth II is a "example of selfless duty."

The new King of the United Kingdom, Charles III, met with lawmakers in London on Monday and gave a short speech. He then flew to Edinburgh to lead the procession as his mother's coffin was taken to St. Giles' Cathedral in Edinburgh.
