HONDA MOTOR CHINA TO FORM JV WITH NEUSOFT TECHNOLOGY

Highlights:

• China-based Honda Motor Investment Co. Ltd. has announced to form a joint venture (JV) with Neusoft Reach Automotive Technology (Shanghai).
• The new joint venture will be known as Hynex Mobility Service Co. Ltd. with its headquarters in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China.
• The joint venture is scheduled to be operational from July 1, 2020.
