DIFFICULT DECISIONS TO BE MADE SOON - C&EN

According to C&EN experts, the US chemical regulators and other chemical management departments will soon have to make some tough decisions for maintaining sustainability. 
The agency faces a deadline to perform its tasks under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). By June, the US chemical regulatory boards will have to finalize risk evaluations for 10 chemicals currently available in the market.
