Vertex Technology Partners with the Monetary Authority of Singapore

VERTEX Technology Acquisition Corporation (VTAC) of the Vertex Venture has lodged a preliminary prospectus on Thursday with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) along with the offering of some units.

The company is the first to do so for the Singapore Exchange SPAC listing. It had previously introduced a framework for listing such vehicles in September 2021.
