The investors’ attention has shifted from Middle East tensions to the anticipated phase 1 trade agreement between China and the U.S.

The benchmark 10-year yield increased to 1.5 basis points in afternoon trading at 1.8423%, as investors focus on riskier assets as U.S. companies start to report fourth-quarter earnings this week.
