SPECTRUM PRICE WAR BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND MOBILE CARRIERS

• South Korea's three principal telecom operators on Tuesday appealed to the government to hold an auction to reallocate their network spectrum set to expire next year amid controversy over prices.
