South Korea disputes the international tribunal's directive to pay Lone Star

In a ten-year shareholders dispute arbitration, the government was ordered to pay Lone Star Funds, but South Korea stated they won’t be accepting this rule.

Justice Minister stated in a news conference that the government "maintains that it was fair and equitable in its administrative process regarding Lone Star per the international norm, and finds it difficult to accept the verdict of the tribunal's majority."
