SEOUL: FIRE AT A BUILDING SITE KILLS 38 PEOPLE

An accident which resulted into taking lives of 38 people took place in the capital city of South Korea. The cause of this accident was fire which broke out at a building site, situated in Icheon, south of Seoul.
