S. KOREA TO PROPOSE EXTRA BUDGET OF $13.3 BILLION AS RELIEF FUND

• S. Korea to propose extra budget of $13.3 billion as relief fund.
• The latest budget is said to be the 3rd largest ever to help ease the economy hurt by the pandemic.
• The government plans to sell 9.9 trillion won in state bonds to finance the extra budget.
• The ministry is also likely to submit a supplementary budget proposal to the National Assembly.
