Paris City Officials and Hoteliers Up in Arms Over Airbnb and International Olympic Committee Deal

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Airbnb have signed a deal worth $500 million approximately, as per the Financial Times, though the exact value hasn’t yet been disclosed. The deal has been signed in a bid to provide guaranteed accommodation during the large-scale event. The nine-year deal over five Olympic events starts with next year’s Tokyo Olympics till 2028 Los Angeles Olympic games.
