Oil prices altered little on December 23, holding near a three-month high on the confidence over a nearing US-China trade deal even as Russia stated an OPEC-led pact may consider relaxing output cuts next year.
Brent crude was increased by 9 cents, or 0.14%, at $66.23 per barrel by 1240 GMT in trading, near about the upcoming Christmas holidays. West Texas Intermediate was rose to 3 cents, or 0.5%, at $60.47 a barrel.
