IN SEPTEMBER, a central pipe close to the Vancouver Art Gallery blew, streaming water and shakes into the sky. The water squander was difficult to disregard, yet simple to fix. Shouldn't something be said about the waste that isn't unmistakable, similar to vitality leaking from homes and structures? A great many people aren't mindful of the gigantic measure of vitality—and cash—cost through wasteful frameworks.
