Leaving for New York, Kishida to speak at the U.N. General Assembly

In response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine and China's increasing maritime aggressiveness, Japan called for a rules-based international order in a speech delivered by Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Tuesday at the U.N. General Assembly.
