In the United States, Volvo has enlisted the help of an Israeli technology firm to develop automated inspection systems

Swedish manufacturer Volvo has chosen Israeli startup UVeye to supply its artificial intelligence-powered, camera-based vehicle inspection technology to US stores.

UVeye said in a statement on Thursday that the devices would be placed at select East Coast stores, with the business hoping to grow to cover the majority of Volvo's 280 independent retail sites throughout the country.
