GOTHENBURG AND MÁLAGA DECLARED EUROPEAN CAPITALS OF SMART TOURISM 2020

The cities of Gothenburg, Sweden and Málaga, Spain have ranked as the best European Capitals for Smart Tourism of the year. The selection jury had to choose from a pool of 35 cities from 17 European states. According to a jury member, Gothenburg and Málaga ranked joint-first due to their digitalization, cultural heritage, creative initiatives and sustainability level maintenances under every circumstance.
