Egyptian President, Abdul Fattah al-Sisi lifts state of emergency imposed in 2017

Egyptian President, Abdul Fattah al-Sisi puts an end on the state of emergency which had been enforced in April 2017 in Egypt.

President Sisi put up a post on Facebook and announced that the state of emergency would not be extended anymore in Egypt because the country has become an oasis of security and stability.
