AXA CHINA BUSINESS TO TRANSFORM INTO REINSURANCE

• AXA XL’s Chinese subsidiary has received approval to transform its business license from insurance to reinsurance.
• The new entity will be entitled XL Reinsurance (China) Company Limited (AXA XL Re China) and it will provide non-life insurance in the market.
