Attempt to reduce usage of coal energy by Japan

Shinjiro Koizumi, the Japanese Environment Minister, has promised that measures will be taken to decrease the dependency on coal energy. This comes in wake of the backlash that the country received recently at the COP25 Climate Summit, held in Madrid. Non-profit organizations and the global section were condemning the inadequate targets set by Japan to counteract environmental changes.
