The Japanese government has offered a contract worth 30 billion yen ($273 million) to Amazon Web Services to help move human resource systems and document management tools onto the cloud.
The government has plans to put the systems used by different ministries and agencies on the cloud in four to eight years. Although the contract has not been signed yet, government is expected to officially choose Amazon Web Services this spring to ....
