5G in India by 2022, report says

As per the Ericsson Mobility Report November 2019, India will make inroads for 5G network by 2022.

India would be able to only register 11% 5G subscriptions, while 5G is expected to cover 65% of the world’s population by 2025. Slow adoption of this technology by telecom players and lack of infrastructure have been cited as the challenges behind its slow growth in India.
