• Twelve Cupcakes originators Daniel Ong and Jaime Teo were charged in court on Tuesday (Dec 29) with business law breaches, in the most recent of legitimate inconveniences for the local pastry kitchen chain 

Ong, 45, on 24 counts was charged under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act for supposedly committing offenses during his tenure as owner.
