Any video that maliciously insults someone based on their gender, race or sexuality will not be allowed by YouTube. As part of its new harassment policy, implied threats of violence will also be banned.
Neal Mohan, chief product officer, YouTube said, "Even if a single video doesn't cross the line, with our new harassment policy we can take a pattern of behavior into account for enforcement."
