Thailand is about to enact legislation allowing the chemical castration of sex convicts to keep them from reoffending.
It is currently in use in South Korea, Pakistan, Poland, and at least eight states in the United States. Other nations, such as Norway, Denmark, and Germany, have chosen surgical castration for major sexual crimes.
