Victoria State in Australia will restore private land twice the size of New York City

Victorian politicians intend to repair 200,000 hectares of private property throughout the state, an area at least twice the size of New York City, by planting millions of trees and bushes that will allow native animals to thrive while collecting millions of tonnes of carbon.
