UTAH GOV. GARY HERBERT SAYS THE STATE MAY BE UNDER ‘ORANGE RISK' LEVEL

After reopening certain businesses, the Governor of Utah Gary Herbert stated that he is keenly observing whether people are continuing to follow precautionary measures for coronavirus even after a week of relaxation in the restrictions.
