Ukraine says that they have made progress near the eastern city of Bakhmut, but Germany doesn't want to send cluster bombs to Kiev.

A Ukrainian military spokesperson told Reuters on Friday that Ukrainian troops moved forward more than 1 kilometer (0.62 miles) in the last 24 hours near the city of Bakhmut in the east.
