UK’s National Health Service to deliver medical supplies with advanced drone technology

The UK healthcare industry will be benefited from a drone technology owning to a latest partnership between four councils namely Portsmouth, Southampton, Isle of Wight, and Hampshire, to carry out pilot studies using drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for medical purposes.

Using UAVs between GP surgeries and hospitals, the new partnership will work towards transporting blood samples and chemotherapy kits with the help of UAVs. ....
