UAE Agency Spied on Khashoggi’ Fiancée

Saudi journalist, Jamal Khashoggi, was murdered in the country’s consulate in Istanbul in 2018. Reports have now been roaming around that his fiancée, Hanan Elatr, was being spied upon by an Emirati government agency. The agency had placed a Pegasus spyware from the NSO Group, an Israeli firm, in her phone when she was held in custody in 2018.
