TWITTER DOWN: WEBSITE AND APP That WORKS For NEW TWEETS

According to some of its subscribers, Twitter has stopped working. People struggled to launch and post tweets in the wake of what seemed to be technical issues. Others also saw an error message suggesting that there were database problems that might cause the page to fail to function properly. Others said the page was running as expected. Yet more said it seemed to work as usual at first –but the tweets showing up were actually old.
