On Thursday, Twitter removed the accounts of more than six journalists who had been covering Elon Musk, the company's new owner.

Since Musk acquired control of Twitter, the firm has experienced a mass exodus of both employees and advertisers, and the newest scandal he has provoked is the silencing of journalists at the company despite claiming to be a free speech advocate
