The construction of the West Side of the Gilcrease Expressway in Tulsa is scheduled to start in February after decades of planning and waiting, officials of State transportation have announced.
In October, officials of Gov. Kevin Stitt and Tulsa held a symbolic groundbreaking for the new toll road. But substantial construction plans still need to begin as officials continued to work through complicated finances.
