THE Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is entering the third and most important phase of its partnership with the Thai Organic Consumer Association (TOCA), in which it will invest in the TOCA platform to transform it into a blockchain-based ecosystem that connects organic farmers, industry, and consumers in a virtuous loop that rewards best food and sustainability practises.
