The German capital is building a temporary refugee shelter at Tegel Airport to house 3,600 Ukrainians.
Berlin has been straining to accommodate residents who have lately fled Russian strikes on critical infrastructure in preparation for the forthcoming chilly winter months.
While two former Tegel Airport terminals were already available for Ukrainian refugees in the spring, Berlin's state administration is now hurrying ....
