Minister of Tourism and Sports Pipat Ratchakitprakarn stated on Tuesday that the Sports Authority of Thailand had turned down a proposal from Fresh Air Festival Ltd for 400 million baht to organise and stage an exhibition game between Manchester United and Liverpool in Bangkok.
