The slow recovery in Norwegian gas flows since the collapse in November

Last month Norwegian pipeline gas supplies to Europe recovered but stayed far below the five-year average of November shipped, from the historical lows of September and October.

Supplies plummeted to levels that have been unknown to low European gas prices for 15 years in September as heavy maintenance and a major business change in the flows.
