The richest man in Australia is set to buy the racing team of Williams Formula One’s battery and technology arm for 164 million pounds.
Fortescue Metals, a mining giant, will be acquiring the Williams Advanced Engineering from Williams Grand Prix Engineering and EMK Capital.
Fortescue Metals intends to benefit from the deal by achieving its carbon-neutral targets for 2030 because of its mining operations.
