The exceptional dining car experience by Amtrak

My husband and I took the family on a trip by train from White River Junction to and from San Francisco when we had only seven children. In an Amtrak sleeping car, we took three bedrooms and had our breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a dining car.

With all three meals in a separate car, six babies, between 14 and 7 months, were welcome diversions on a cross-country trip for seven boys. In 1995, Amtrak had offered the Choo-Choo Chewies, ....
