Thailand will adopt Personal Data Protection by June

Thailand's Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA) has stated that the Personal Data Protection Act will be implemented (PDPA). It was charged with creating a digital start-up and service provider account registration system. To increase the services available to digital firms in Thailand, digital service accounts will be linked to state processes such as tax rules.
