Renovations to six public housing buildings in South West Sweden's small town of Vårgårda would allow them to run on renewable energy throughout the year. The 172 apartments will be supplied with electricity and heat from a microgrid that incorporates solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, processing and storage of hydrogen and hydrogen fuel cells.
