Highlights –
- S. Korea Govt. to give second chance to students to take medical licensing exam.
- Around 2,700 fourth-year medical students had boycotted the exams last year in September.
- The govt. was asked to withdraw its plan to increase admission quotas at medical schools.
- Over the next 10 years, the govt. plans to expand the number of medical students by 4,000.
