Russia to phase out the US dollar completely by 2020

Russia is planning to abandon the US dollar in favor of euro and rubles for currency settlements in global energy transactions that it has been dealing with just to minimize reliance on the American currency. Which is more as the currency is a global standard. This move of Russia could tip the balance of the currencies causing a huge mess while it does what it says.
