Road building remains a threat to residents and tourism

The ground drilling on nearly every road in Pattaya seems to have no end in sight. The problems of the people as well as of visitors, and the chaos that it creates during the high season where there is busy traffic, both the New Week and then the Chinese New Year holidays, are of little or no cause for concern.
