Reduced emissions are associated with fewer deaths from heat in the Middle East and North Africa, according to a new research.

Scientists said on Tuesday that avoiding hundreds of thousands of heat-related deaths in the Middle East and North Africa could be achieved by meeting global goals to limit climate change and encouraging better adaptation in the region.
